Regional Wage & Salary Survey This survey includes data from companies throughout Schuylkill, Luzerne, Carbon, Lackawanna, and Lower Northumberland counties. Survey data is broken out by company size, geographic location, industry type, and union status. Data is provided for 135 “Benchmark” job classifications in the following categories: · Administrative & Office Support · Engineering, Scientific, and Technical Positions · Production, Maintenance, & Service Positions · Supervisory, Management, and Professional Positions

National Wage & Salary Survey This survey is a compilation of data from multiple associations. It contains data on 150 Managerial, Non-Exempt and Production benchmark jobs. These include managerial and professional jobs; office, clerical and technical jobs; and production and maintenance jobs. Data is from all sizes of organizations and is broken out by city. Data includes base and pay ranges.

2009/2010 Regional Pay Trend Survey Our member companies reported their actual wage and salary adjustments for the period between 7/01/08 to 6/30/09 and their projected average pay adjustments between 7/01/09 to 6/30/10. Data is provided for each of the following: · Non-Union Hourly Production, Maintenance and Service Positions · Union Hourly Production, Maintenance and Service Positions · Non-Exempt Office, Clerical and Technical Positions · Exempt Supervisory, Managerial and Professional Positions · Executive/Officer Position Data is also separated by Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing.

2009/2010 National Pay Trends Survey This 97 page report covers changes in employer pay related practices during the period from 7/01/08 to 6/30/09, along with “best estimates” of employers pay related changes for the period from 7/01/09 to 6/30/10. Employer input was collected between June 2009 and September 2009.
This National Survey includes information regarding national average pay increases, formal range changes, and average promotional increases by region, industry segment, specific industry, all industries by location, manufacturing by location and non-manufacturing by location. This year’s survey covers the actual and projected pay practices of 4,525 U.S. employers. Companies who participated in our regional annual wage adjustment survey, have their responses included in this National Report.
A variety of “break out” reports are included to meet the diverse data requirements of participants for compensation planning. These reports group pay increase, formal range adjustment, promotional increase and short-term variable/bonus award data based upon geographic region, industry segment and/or specific industry in relation to employee job categories.
