The Federal Minimum Wage Increase Effective 7/24/07

Make certain your company is posting the most up-to-date State and Federal Law Posters today by ordering updated posters from the Northeast Pennsylvania Manufacturers and Employers Association (MAEA).

Effective July 24, 2007, the Federal Minimum Wage will be increased to $5.85 followed in a year by an increase to $6.55 on July 24, 2008, and then another year later to $7.25 on July 24, 2009. The poster for this change of the wage law will be revised requiring you to update the labor law posters you have posted in your facility.

Important Information: Employers cannot have 2 different postings. In other words, a combined Federal/State poster cannot be used in conjunction with a new Federal only poster because the combined poster will have different information than the newly updated Federal Poster. Our suggestion is to purchase the updated Federal/State combined poster. MAEA is currently taking orders for the updated posters.
