The Northeast Pennsylvania Manufacturers and Employers Association (formerly MAMP - The Manufacturers Association of Mid-Eastern Pennsylvania) is a private, non-profit, membership-based organization that currently serves more than 250 member companies in Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northumberland and Schuylkill Counties.

Founded in 1964, our mission is to provide information and services to our members that help them grow their businesses and better serve their communities. This allows companies to remain competitive in today’s changing global economy. It provides the vehicles necessary for manufacturers and allied businesses to network on all levels. This networking allows company professionals to pool information, and exchange ideas; employers recognize mutual problems and find ways to avoid these problems.

A few vehicles which provide this networking are: tours of manufacturing facilities and dinner meetings where keynote speakers address issues of concern or interest for the membership, Executive Roundtables, conferences, rapid response survey’s, and more.
