Efficiency Engineering Virtually based in the Lehigh Valley"
Julie Westbrooks, MBA Business Development Director Direct: 610-730-1691 jwestbrooks@efficiencyengineers.com During June 2009 Efficiency Engineers was decided upon to be the new brand of PMC, Productivity Management Consultants. Although the core competency will continue to be process and technology optimization, it was decided that Efficiency Engineers better reflects what the team actually does compared to PMC. In 1994, the company was founded by Michele Stuart in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, with the vision of providing operational excellence solutions to regional and global customers. They started by leading management improvement, cost reduction, and system analysis projects. The team’s technical expertise provided realistic solutions to complex problems. Over the last 15 years, Michele and her team have built a solid reputation by forming teams who are experts in industrial engineering and information technology, as well as statistical and data analysis. The team has developed trusting relationships across various industries successfully completing over 100 projects. Such projects display expertise in process reengineering, simulation modeling, data mining, software selection/implementation, layout design and ergonomic studies.
