Advanced Supervisory Development Certificate

This 4-week program is designed to take the skills of the experienced supervisor to the next level. Through the use of case studies, team interaction, and hands-on learning, participants prepare themselves to move their business and career forward.

Content will be focused on real workplace scenarios and feature a facilitated approach for peers to share viewpoints and experiences. Designed as a method to introduce new leadership concepts, as well as to reinforce previously learned techniques, this “Forum” is intended to promote continued learning and sharing among individuals who have a common leadership responsibility.

Who should attend: Supervisors with 3 or more years of experience in a leadership role, managers in their position for less than 3 years, supervisors who have completed the Supervisors Certificate but want more training, and experienced managers who want a refresher.
