Lead Workers Certificate

There are unique challenges that face employees who lead and give direction to co-workers but are not supervisors and do not have the authority that supervisors have. The Lead Workers Certificate explores the issues surrounding the employee who has increased responsibility, yet limited authority, and who also has to perform the same, or similar, duties as those they have to guide and influence.

Lead Workers I
