Hiring and Orienting New Employees: Strategies for Success

An effective orientation program can increase employees’ productivity from the first day on the job. This one-day workshop provides the knowledge and skills needed to design an orientation program that increases understanding of the company culture, shortens the learning curve, improves productivity, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
