Effective Emergency Planning

With world events changing daily, panic and fear are the two most prevalent emotions that affect everyone. The development of an effective and thoroughly explained All Hazards Disaster Emergency Operations Plan can drastically reduce these infectious emotions.

However, this plan is only effective when it consists of a written policy, loss prevention strategies, education, training, compliance management, claims management, liability control, business integration, and a system of complete record documentation.

This course will instruct participants on the regulatory requirements as well as the essential need to develop, communicate and update an All Hazards Disaster Emergency Operations Plan.

Who should attend: Plant managers, safety personnel or any managers who are responsible for the overall safety of a plant and its employees.

Program Content:

  • Regulatory compliance requirements (OSHA)
  • How to effectively develop a disaster plan
  • Communication, training, maintenance & distribution of plan
  • Implementation procedures
