COBRA Administration Group health care under the Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act (COBRA) of 1985 applies to every employer with an employee heath plan – with the exception of church plans and employers with fewer than 20 employees. In this workshop, participants learn what is required to administer COBRA programs and how to ensure compliance. Federal and State mandates are explained in plain English, so that participants can easily understand requirements and compliance issues.
